The public has not seen anything yet. No one has addressed the millions that former employees claim is owed to the consumers whom bought vehicles from Buchanan dealerships. Their claims are supported by the thousands of documents they presented as supporting proof. They show: violations of TILA, US Title 18, non-disclosed hidden bank fees, non-disclosed pre-loads, falsification of credit applications to acquire auto loans and more.

Copies of those documents are in the hands of House Ethics and the FBI. I will soon offer them to you the public to make up your own minds in a detailed brief. Then you can ask why the authorities have not addressed these issues. The delay of the authorities in addressing these issues because of the political issues has given Buchanan people time to unload some of his liabilities, and some are most likely stayed by statue for civil or criminal charges to be considered. But, there are a lot that still could be filed.
